The Berkley PowerBait Shrimp is the newest addition to the PowerBait range – Designed and created in the Berkley Fish Research Labs in Spirit Lake, USA.
After many different profiles were tested, the R&D team discovered that fish were more attracted to the shrimp with no less than the ones that had legs – so that is why the new PowerBait Shrimp have been designed with no legs.
They can be fished in many different ways using different Nitro jig heads depending on the situation and the target species. Fish them on the bottom with short sharp jerks to imitate a fleeing prawn, lightly weighted for fishing structures such as boats and pontoons, unweighted over sand flats and weed beds.
Fish eat Gulp! PowerBait Shrimp on the drop, dead stuck on the bottom, suspended midwater and on flicking, darting retrieves – they just love em!
This range comes in 6 great colours and 3 sizes, 2, 3 and 4 with PowerBait scent formula embedded within the lure.
