Simply blow up the Black Magic Live Bait balloon to the preferred size, insert the balloon neck into the slot in the knotless plastic sealer. Wrap the neck once around the seal ensuring it fits into the slots, insert the crossline swivel in one of the seal slots and the livebait rig is ready for use.
