The renowned Daiwa 23 Laxus LBD features a monocoque body for improved rigidity and waterproofing, resulting in silky rotation and increased winding power and rotational durability. An increase in gear diameter and improved airtightness of the body result in increased water resistance with a weight reduction of 15g compared to its predecessor. Two gear ratio models, the XH (6.6 – 99cm) and the H (6.2 – 93cm), offer a variety of device collection and exchange speeds. Spool compatibility with past models is also intact.
