The FatBoy Lures Sniper Jet is a beautifully proportioned jetted-bullet lure that performs exceptionally well under all conditions. The mirrored insert is crafted from a solid lead block to add weight and improve rough water performance, while reflecting sunlight in bright flashes – an effective strike trigger for sharp-eyed Tuna & Billfish. At speeds of up to 12 knots, the FatBoy Lures Sniper Jet can be run anywhere behind the boat and is a very simple lure to troll; just “set it and forget it” – until the rod loads up and the reel starts screaming that is! As part of a standard trolling pattern, it is best suited to either the short or long outrigger; or the shotgun positions. Your aim should be to position it so that it is just skittering across the waters surface, that’s when you will really appreciate the effectiveness of a bullet design such as this! When trolled in this manner, the FatBoy Lures Sniper Jet will quickly become one of your favourites for Blue, Black & Striped Marlin, as well as Yellowfin & Southern Bluefin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo and Short-Billed Spearfish.
