1.Inertial slide transitioning to the slow speed range

This is a world not found in conventional floating or sinking minnows. Conventional minnows repeat a cycle of movement, stop, movement, and stop with twitches. When stopped, the lure tries to regain its balance using buoyancy (even sinking lures have buoyancy that helps them regain their balance), preventing it from moving forward and resulting in it stopping.
