Description
Adopts a “special high-hardness stainless steel alloy” born from the know-how of a factory in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, the city of cutlery. It is easier to clean than steel knives. The design is finished with functional beauty by laser engraving a pattern that resembles Damascus steel below the shinogiri of the blade. The core is hammered in and the handle is made of magnolia wood.
